We promote the development of literate and informed patrons of all ages and backgrounds by providing ready, free, and equitable access to library materials, programs, and services. We believe it is essential that every child experiences the pleasure of reading, and that all patrons experience the joy of lifelong learning and all of the advantages that follow.
