The Royal Starr Film Festival (RSFF) is an international film festival centered in downtown Royal Oak Michigan. RSFF will take place over 4 days (October 13-16, 2016) of film screenings, VIP events, and community activities. Our Mission The Royal Starr Film Festival excites, showcases, educates and entertains the community in the art of film. The Films RSFF will screen short, feature, and documentary films at the Royal Oak Emagine theater. The Call for Entries RSFF is now accepting entries from Michigan, national, and international filmmakers for the 2016 festival season. Awards & Prizes All winning film makers will be eligible for Juried Awards and Prizes. Student Film Competition Prize Levels are listed on the students page. The Event RSFF will curate experience packages of unique film watching opportunities with the best of Royal Oak dining and entertainment.
