Run the Parks

The Run the Parks series is BACK!  Join Hurley's Fitness and Nutrition instructors as they introduce you to five different park locations that are great for running and walking. This week’s run/walk will be a mix of gravel and paved trails. This program will be held 100% outdoors, weather permitting, any cancellations will be shared on the For-Mar Facebook page. 

For teens and adults of all abilities.
