Learn what the best practices are for food safety to help keep kids safe.
Safe Food = Healthy Kids is an interactive food safety workshop for childcare providers delivered by MSU Extension educators. Topics include cleaning and sanitizing, cooking and storing food as well as common allergens and personal hygiene. The Safe Food = Healthy Kids class counts toward annual training hours for licensed childcare providers. This workshop is an approved training of
Great Start to Quality. Additional food safety resources are provided.
