Salt to Taste

Salt To Taste is a cookbook discussion group. You select and prepare a recipe from the month's cookbook, and we gather for a potluck and discuss the recipes. 

This month we will be cooking from Alton Brown's Good Eats cookbooks. You will have the option to choose from four cookbooks in the series. Copies are available at the circulation desk. 

For the potluck, please email Steph at burnhams@cidlibrary.org your chosen recipe. Bring all you need to serve the dish. Paper plates, silverware and napkins will be provided.
