Salt-To-Taste is a cookbook discussion group. You select and prepare a recipe from the month's cookbook. We gather to discuss the recipes, cuisines, and the author/chef while enjoying what we've made to share.
This month (March), we will be cooking from: 50 Pies, 50 States by Stacey Mei Yan Fong. There will be a Pie Contest in celebration of Pi Day and author, Stacey Mei Yan Fong will be joining us via Zoom! We will be starting at 6:30pm this month and plan to finish by 8:30pm.
Copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk for check out.
For the program, please email Deb at tenbuschd@cidlibrary.org your chosen recipe. Bring a copy of your recipe, and all you need to serve the dish. Paper plates, cutlery, and napkins will be provided.
