Salt-to-Taste Cookbook Group

Salt-To-Taste is a cookbook discussion group. You select and prepare a recipe from the month's cookbook. We gather to discuss the recipes, cuisines, and the author/chef while enjoying what we've made to share.

This month (August), we will be cooking from:  An Unapologetic Cookbook by Joshua Weissman.  Copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk for check out. 

For the program, please email Deb at tenbuschd@cidlibrary.org your chosen recipe. Bring a copy of your recipe, and all you need to serve the dish. Paper plates, cutlery, and napkins will be provided.
