Salt-to-Taste Cookbook Group

Salt-To-Taste is a cookbook discussion group. You select and prepare a recipe from the month's cookbook. We gather to discuss the recipes, cuisines, and the author/chef while enjoying what we've made to share.

In the month of December, we traditionally do a Holiday Cookie Exchange.  You can make and bring your favorite recipe or you can choose a new recipe from Dorie's Cookies by Dorie Greenspan. Copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk for check out. 

For the program/exchange, please email Deb at tenbuschd@cidlibrary.org your chosen recipe. Bring a copy of your recipe, and all you need to serve the dish. Paper plates, cutlery, and napkins will be provided.
