Salt-to-Taste

Salt-To-Taste is a cookbook discussion group. You select and prepare a recipe from the month's cookbook. We gather to discuss the recipes, cuisines, and the author/chef while enjoying what we've made to share.

This month we will be cooking from Complete Mediterranean Cookbook by American Test Kitchens. Copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk for check out. 

For the potluck, please email Deb at tenbuschd@cidlibrary.org your chosen recipe. Bring all you need to serve the dish. Paper plates, silverware and napkins will be provided.
