Salt-to-Taste

Salt-To-Taste is a cookbook discussion group. You select and prepare a recipe from the month's cookbook. We gather to discuss the recipes, cuisines, and the author/chef while enjoying what we've made to share.

This month we will be cooking from Bring It!: Tried and True Recipes for Potlucks and Casual Entertaining by Ali Rosen. Copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk for check out. 

For the potluck, please email Deb at tenbuschd@cidlibrary.org your chosen recipe. Bring a copy of your recipe, and all you need to serve the dish. Paper plates, cutlery, and napkins will be provided.
