Stained Glass of Metro Detroit and Oakland County: Local History Program Series

Few places in America possess a stained glass legacy equal to that of Detroit and its environs. Join author, photographer, and architectural historian Dale A. Carlson at Bloomfield Township Public Library. He'll discuss a quartet of important 20th century window makers. Through his photography, Carlson will illustrate many of their stunning installations, including Kirk in the Hills, Christ Church Cranbrook, Temple Beth El, the Temple of Memories Mausoleum at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, and Birmingham First United Methodist Church.
