Gary Gillespie Israel presents a short film about his mother, Dorothy Gillespie, an internationally known American painter and sculptor, born in Roanoke, VA in 1920. A panel discussion will follow, co-moderated by Lisa D'Amico, PhD (ACOR & AIPP) and Mar Martinez (BFA, University of Central Florida) exploring the impact of Dorothy's wit, work and legacy on the current generation of art leaders.
