Recharge and reconnect at this wellness-focused roundtable designed specifically for library staff. Set in the calming environment of a local metropark, this interactive session combines a brief, science-based presentation on stress reduction with guided peer discussion about the unique challenges of librarianship today. Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, exchange practical strategies, and develop a personalized plan for managing stress and supporting their well-being. The session may also include an optional outdoor walk to help restore focus and energy. Leave feeling refreshed, supported, and equipped with realistic tools you can use right away. This Roundtable is facilitated by Karla Snyder, NORWELD Continuing Education Coordinator, wellness advocate and stress coach in training.
