For our fourth summer hike, we will be hiking the Bull Hill Short Loop. This trail is 4.6 miles and will take approximately 2 hrs and 30 minutes to complete. This is considered a hard hike with steep inclines and rocky terrain.
Please park in the Washburn Trail on Bull Hill parking lot on 9D. It will be on the right hand side of the road opposite Little Stony Point as you drive north to Beacon.
Make sure to bring water, snacks, and dress in weather-appropriate layers. Hiking boots and shoes are encouraged. If you use trekking poles, make sure to bring them. It is tick season, so please consider wearing long sleeves and taking other precautions against ticks. In the event of inclement weather, the hike will be postponed.
This program is open to patrons of all ages. Registration is required.
