Ages 10-17 can join us in the Library's Jones Meeting Center on Wednesday, March 13 at 6 p.m. to discuss “The First Rule of Punk” by Celia C. Pérez, and create their own punk rock jacket patches and buttons. The first 10 teen registrants and the first 10 tween registrants will receive a free copy of the book to keep. Registration is required.
