Summer Reading Kick Off: 06/22/2024, Summer Reading End Celebration: 08/24/2024
Rules:
To complete the summer reading program, teens must complete three of the nine challenges between June 22nd and August 24th. Completing the challenges will earn teens a prize and a raffle entry to the grand prize, which will be drawn on August 24th. Teens can either register for the program using the Beanstack app, the Beanstack website (click here: https://pontiac.beanstack.org), or retrieve a flyer from the Pontiac Public Library (or click here: flier)
The challenges are:
-Read a graphic novel
-Read a book set outside the US
-Read a book from a display
-Read a non-fiction book
-Listen to an audiobook
-Read a fairy tale retelling
-Read a classic novel
-Read a book off of the new shelf
-Read the first book in a series
