Teens can expect to experience a unique blend of:

Chill Time: Relax and unwind
Breath Time: Connect with your breath
Sun Salutations: Flow through energizing poses
Cool Vibes Projects: Creative activities to inspire and uplift
Meditation
Savasana: Relaxation and reflection

Led by Pam Tate, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher passionate about empowering teens through yoga and wellness.
