The Baldwin Center

The Baldwin Center has been in the community for 100 years, first as a church, now as a 501C-3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to feed, clothe, educate, and empower people of the Pontiac community. We run a soup kitchen, clothes closet, and youth center programs, as well as many other programs that benefit low-income clients. We have launched 'Innovative Frameworks', a structured approach to rethink poverty, coordinate resources, and support individuals and families in their journeys from crisis to self-sufficiency. We envision a thriving community with engaged citizens.
