The Modern Woman's Self Defense Seminar

Please join us for an informative seminar with Andrea Moon, Chief Instructor of the Metro Michigan Shotokan Karate School, to give you techniques to protect yourself from danger. Participants will work with partners as attacker and defender to learn a variety of self-defense techniques. Please wear loose fitting clothing, no jewelry, hair tied back.

Registration is required and priority goes to Warren residents. Non-residents will be unregistered and added to a waiting list. Ages 17+ Only.
