"The Mad City Murders" or "Capital City Killings" spanned fourteen bloody years from 1968 to 1982. Jeff Finup takes a deep dive into the string of murders and speculates who might be responsible and what set off the phenomenon.

Jeff Finup is an author, researcher, explorer, and the creator of Badgerland Legends and co-host of the Wisconsin Legends Podcast. As a citizen historian and folklorist, he writes about the people, places, and things that make Wisconsin legendary.
