The Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) or Yellow Card as it is often referred to, is a program geared towards improving the health of low income individuals and families of any age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA food.
The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income elderly people at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA foods.
You must have a card to pick up food. If you don't have one, please contact HDC at (989) 673-4121.
