Walk In Passport Appointments - Adults only

The Butterfield Library is pleased to offer walk in passport appointments on Tuesdays from 11 AM-2 PM for adult applicants.  Applicants must arrive prepared with their completed DS-11 applications, all necessary documentation, and payment for the State Department and library.  Appointments will be on a first come, first served basis.   The library does offer passport photo services for an additional $10 fee.   All forms and information on acceptable IDs, proof of citizenship, fees, and photo requirements can be found at travel.state.gov.  If you need additional assistance, please contact the library at (845) 265-3040.
