What is Wayfinding
Wayfinding is a system of design elements, including signage, maps, and architectural features, that helps people navigate and orient themselves in a physical environment. It is a multi-disciplinary practice that uses visual cues to guide individuals to their destinations with minimal stress, encompassing everything from directional signs in a hospital to the layout of a city park or help visitors navigate Downtown Ferndale.
