We Read 2-3 Session 3

Second and Third graders who are struggling with reading are invited to join We Read 2-3. We Read 2-3 is designed to encourage reading using fun and simple books. This program will give young and struggling readers a chance to read books at their reading level and discuss them as a group. We’ll be reading beginner chapter books and simple graphic novels. We will read books with pictures, humor and action that are less than 150 pages. We hope to provide struggling readers with a fun and successful reading experience that will entice them to read more. Some children will want to come all year and some will be moving on to more difficult books within months. This is a virtual program on Zoom. The zoom link will be send to you once you register. This month's book is "Fox and Rabbit" by Beth Ferry. Easygoing Fox and anxious Rabbit seem like total opposites. But, somehow, they make the perfect pair! Whether searching for hidden treasure or planting a garden in their own backyard, Fox and Rabbit find everyday magic at every turn.
