White Lake, MI
White Lake is a charter township of Oakland County located on the outskirts of Metro Detroit in Southeast Michigan. The population was 30,019 at the time of the 2010 census. White Lake has twenty-one lakes and portions of the Huron River within its borders. It is comprised of three communities: East White Lake, Oxbow, and White Lake. Visitors can witness the world’s largest weather vane located in the city of Montague. Popular events in the township include Pumpkinfest, Fall Fest, Quake on the Lake, and the Wine and Jazz Festival. Top attractions are Alpine Valley Ski Area, Indian Springs Metro Park, and White Lake Oaks Golf Course.
