Wisconsin SciFest: The Guitar Maker's Process with Madsen Guitars

Join us for a presentation on the craft of guitar making, led by expert luthier Andrew Madsen of Madsen Guitars, who will be featured in an upcoming episode of Discover Wisconsin on PBS Television. With years of experience shaping wood into instruments of beauty, Andrew will share aspects of the intricate process behind building handcrafted guitars. Whether you're a musician, woodworker, or simply curious about how guitars come to life, this is a rare opportunity to hear directly from a skilled artisan dedicated to the craft.

This Program will be held in the Shattuck Room of the library and will run from approximately 1-2pm.  No registration is required.  This program is best suited for adults and youth aged 9+. A parent or caregiver must accompany children under 9.
