Fitness & Health

Two pelvic health physical therapists will explore the links among menopause, pelvic health, and osteoporosis, and offer strategies to protect bones. They will discuss how hormonal changes affect pelvic floor function and impact bladder, bowel, and sexual health. You will learn to reduce pelvic pain, enhance mobility, and boost confidence.

You're not alone. Your symptoms are valid. And help is available.
