Library Card Sign-Up: Spectacular

Still haven't signed up for your library card yet? Or do you need to renew? There’s a treat waiting for YOU if you swing by the library on Saturday, September 12 during our Sign-Up: SPECTACULAR! 

What's spectacular about it? Well, first of all, SEPTEMBER is LIBRARY CARD SIGN-UP MONTH, and that's worth celebrating! Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, we'll be offering a free cookie or coffee to the first 50 people (aged 5+) who come into the library to either sign up for a card or renew their current card!

This is the best time of year to find out about all the treasures that your library card can unlock for you, from books and movies to audiobooks and streaming films. And our Saturday Sign-Up: SPECTACULAR is a day to stop in, get connected, and start discovering everything your library card can do, because you'll also be able to enjoy a complimentary treat from Detroit Cookie Co. OR Cafe at Moto. 

The Sign-Up: SPECTACULAR starts at 12:00 pm on Sat., Sept 12. Cookies and coffee will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Ages 18+ must present a valid Driver's License or State ID with proof of Ferndale residence; ages 5-17 must have a parent/caretaker or legal guardian present.
