Our monthly yoga class is held on the 1st Sunday of each month, led by experienced instructors, David and Carl, focusing on foundational practices for all skill-levels, including new students.
Registration is required.
The library opens at 12 noon on Sundays: Doors will unlock at 12 noon and registrants can enter the library and begin warming up in the program room; class begins at 12:10 pm
